Explored adult relationships within school settings. Superintendents, policy makers, administrators, and teachers reported on management and communication styles. Qualitative and quantitative instruments were utilized to study relationships, stress, and confidence in the work environment. It was hypothesized that intervention training would decrease stress, increase safety, strengthen relationships, and increase confidence. The results showed positive change when utilizing program interventions focused in systems and attachment theories.
